To enroll in a seminar online...
We apologize; online seminar enrollment is not active at this time. Our phone number is listed below for any problems or questions.

  1. Click the Order button for the seminar
  2. In the Qty box enter number of people enrolling
  3. IN THE COMMENTS BOX ENTER THE SESSION NUMBER, YOUR FACILITY AND YOUR DEPARTMENT
  4. Click the Add to Cart button
  5. If you are enrolling in multiple seminars, click the Continue Shopping button to return to the seminar list, otherwise, click on the Submit Order Button
  6. Complete the information form and submit, you will receive email confirmation of your order shortly

    Tuition includes continental breakfast, workbook and certificate. Lunch is not provided; off-site locations for lunch are available.

    Please bring all three volumes of ICD-9-CM and a CPT 2004 coding book to the Outpatient and ER Coding classes, a CPT 2004 and a HCPCS 2004 Level II coding book to the Coding for APC's and APC & CPT Coding Update classes, and the appropriate coding book for the ICD-9-CM and CPT classes.

    Registration for all classes begins at 8:30 AM. Classes are from 9AM - 4PM, with a 1 hour lunch break.

    Space is limited and registration will be reserved once payment is received (sending in a registration form without payment does not reserve a spot). All other registrants subject to class availability. Registrants will be confirmed approximately ten days prior to seminar date.

    Please note, cancellations received less than 15 days prior to the seminar date will not recieve a refund of their registration fees. A $30 processing fee will be retained for all other cancellations. We reserve the right to cancel the seminar for low attendance.
